Key Responsibilities:

• Handle after-sales service for jewellery (repairs, modifications, quality checks).
  
• Ensure regional service TAT, quality, cost and revenue targets.
  
• Manage vendor lead times, payments and material reconciliation.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (commercial systems, technical services).
  
• Analyse factory defects and share preventive feedback with manufacturing.
  
• Oversee day-to-day RSC operations and inventory.
  
• Drive lean practices to improve service efficiency.
  

Key Deliverables:

• On-time customer service and high-quality output.
  
• Service coverage aligned with boutique network.
  
• SLA adherence across the region.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma with 35 years experience in jewellery industry.
  
• Preferably from Studded Jewellery manufacturing / inspection.
  
• Gemology certification is a plus.
  
• Strong system skills, communication and customer orientation.
  
• Languages: English ,Tamil.
