Job Title: Content Moderator - Trust & Safety

Location: Gurugram

CTC: upto 4.30 LPA
In-Hand Salary: Up to 35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are hiring Content Moderators to review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions while maintaining quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, and videos.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content.
• Perform context analysis to understand the intent and meaning of content.
• Follow Trust & Safety policies and guidelines while making moderation decisions.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate only (B.Tech / BE candidates are not eligible).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Content Moderation experience.
• Required Skills:
• Experience with Trust & Safety policies
• Context analysis and policy interpretation
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
  

Work Details

• Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
• Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
• Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided (within hiring zone)
  

Compensation

• CTC: upto 4.30 LPA (maximum 30% hike on last CTC)
• Monthly In-Hand: Up to 35,000 depending on experience and interview performance
