Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and accountability for the code written by self and peers.
- Coding on Microsoft Technology stack and Platform
- Take the ownership to communicate with cross functional teams, clients to clear the technical impediments for development, support.
- Travel on-site/client place (Indian Banks) for the implementation and transition support.
- Deploy the solution to Dev/QA/UAT/Prod Server.
- Peer help, support, and coach the Junior Developers.
- Ensure that the provided solution is properly transitioned and operational in production with stability.
Primary Skills:
- 5+ Years Experience on ASP.Net MVC, WebAPI, JQuery, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server, GIT Lab, Azure DevOps or any other version control system.
- Minimum 1 certification is desirable on any of the technology specified above.
- Experience working in Fintech or BFSI Projects, product development, implementation, professional services, or technical support using above specified technologies.
- Knowledge and experience on the SDLC Process (like Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Safe) and Tools (Azure Devops, Jira, VersionOne, Git or similar tools)
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Drive and reach the goals independently with minimal support from the leaders.
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development
Hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core and LINQ
Experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance tuning
Knowledge of JWT authentication and role-based access control
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive UI development
Familiarity with Git, code review practices, and version control
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Knowledge of secure coding standards and OWASP best practices
Frontend Development (Angular):
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular (v12+)
Build reusable components and implement reactive forms
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
Ensure responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
Optimize performance and enhance user experience
Backend Development (.NET 8 Web API):
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET 6/7/8
Implement JWT-based authentication and role-based authorization
Work with Entity Framework Core and LINQ for data access
Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services
Implement logging, exception handling, and middleware configuration
Database Management (MS SQL Server/Oracle 19 C):
- Design and maintain database schemas and tables
Develop stored procedures, functions, and complex queries
Perform query optimization and indexing
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance tuning
DevOps & Collaboration:
- Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment activities
Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business teams
Support production releases and issue resolution
Document technical designs and APIs
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
