Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Learning and Development
* Creating and implementing effective L&D strategies that enhance employee skills and knowledge
* This includes assessing training needs, designing training programs, utilizing various learning platforms, and measuring the impact of these programs on employee performance and organizational productivity
Risk Management
* The ability to analyze and identify and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks that impact/affect Coding Operations outcomes
Process Re-engineering and Continuous Improvement
* The skill in analyzing existing processes in the department and identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Leadership and Management Skills
* Proven track record of successfully leading teams, managing operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Deliverables:
* End to End Plan, Track and Report training programs execution, including meeting metrics benchmarks of training effectiveness and training coverage for the department as well as organization
* Coordinate with the respective stakeholders (HoDs and General Managers) to ensure that project activities (training and Coding Operations risk mitigation measures) are being implemented effectively and efficiently
* Apply project management practices and standards to ensure successful completion of aforementioned project activities
Relevant Years of Experience (Must Have)
* 8 to 15 years of progressively responsible management experience with at least the last 2+ years of experience in managing teams (and their outcomes) in a Managerial role
* Experience in RCM industry, in Medical Coding (Preferably priority to be given to the candidates with E&M- ED pro and facility experience).
* Certification from AHIMA/AAPC would be an added advantage.
