Job Description
- This role focuses on leading and supporting product lifecycle management and digital manufacturing initiatives
- The role oversees change management processes including engineering change requests and engineering change orders while maintaining proper revision control across the organization
- The candidate will configure and maintain collaborative spaces and dashboards support cross functional teams and troubleshoot user issues related to access version control and workflow progression
- Industry implementation responsibilities include collaborating with design manufacturing and quality teams to implement design for manufacturing principles acting as a subject matter expert for Dassault tools and providing training and support to engineers and shop floor personnel
- The role also includes analyzing manufacturing workflows and proposing digital transformation strategies to reduce cycle time and waste
- Technical requirements include advanced proficiency with the Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform with CATIA V5 or V6 knowledge preferred
- Strong hands on experience with DELMIA machining robotics or process planning modules is required including the creation of digital twins for manufacturing cells
- ENOVIA expertise includes working with Engineering Central Program Central or Governance applications managing complex bill of material structures and configuration management
- Solid manufacturing knowledge is required including machining assembly fabrication and industry standards such as GD and T and ISO
- Soft skills include strong cross functional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and shop floor teams proactive problem solving adaptability to evolving Dassault technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts and strong collaboration skills in a matrixed environment across IT engineering and production teams
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Systems or a related field with ten years of experience in the manufacturing industry including at least eight years focused on DELMIA and ENOVIA administration or implementation
- Dassault Systmes certifications at the Associate or Expert level are highly desirable
