Job Tittle: Finance Operations Excellence Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Job Summary
The Finance Operations Excellence Manager will play a critical role in strengthening and continuously improving LKQs global finance operations delivered through the LKQ GCC.
This role focuses on process excellence, governance, risk & control, and crossfunctional collaboration across LKQs finance value chain, supporting a complex aftermarket distribution and logisticsdriven business.
The role partners closely with GCC Finance Operations Business Process Owners, in liaison with Procurement, IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Operations Excellence (P2P & O2C)
- Drive process standardization and optimization across LKQs core finance processes, with strong emphasis on:
- ProcuretoPay (highvolume vendor invoices, freight, logistics spend)
- OrdertoCash (complex billing, disputes, credits)
- Lead rootcause analysis for areas impacting cost, service, or controls.
- Promote best practices across regions supported by the GCC.
2. Governance, Controls & Risk
- Establish and maintain operational governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and issuetracking mechanisms.
- Partner with Operational leaders to:
- Improve & sustain operational performance
- Reduce defects, rework, and cycle time
- Strengthen SOX and internal control compliance.
3. Business Partnering
- Liaison between LKQ GCC operations and Business leaders for operational excellence initiatives.
- Enable effective governance through:
- Issue resolution and corrective action plans
- SLA reviews and performance discussions
- Change requests and scope alignment
- Elevating GCC process to Target operating models
- Drive process consistency
4. CrossFunctional Collaboration Liaison with Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, and Master Data teams to manage effectively upstream and downstream process dependencies.
- Act as a finance SME in crossfunctional engagements and transformation initiatives.
- Support LKQ finance transformation initiatives, including:
- ERP enhancements and rollouts (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
- Automation (RPA, workflow, reporting)
- Process reengineering and simplification
- Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to translate business requirements into scalable finance digitalization solutions.
- Enable effective change adoption across the GCC by leading structured change initiatives and communication strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
Functional Expertise
- Strong understanding of endtoend finance operations
- Experience in Shared Services / GCC / Captive models, preferably in distribution, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
- Solid exposure to BPO governance and service management.
- Strong knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Process & Transformation
- Handson experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, or finance transformation roles.
Stakeholder Management
- Proven capability to shape decisions and gain buyin through credibility and relationships.
- Strong communication skills to engage global stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Structured, datadriven approach to problem solving and decision making.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 to 18years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or finance transformation.
- Prior experience in a Operational Excellence preferred.
- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Measurable improvement in finance KPIs (quality, productivity, cycle time, cost).
- Reduced audit findings and control issues.
- Stable and improved service performance.
- Successful delivery of finance transformation and automation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder satisfaction across LKQ global finance teams.
