Key Responsibilities:
- Generate fresh and verified insurance leads through field activities.
- Visit markets, corporate offices, residential areas, and business hubs to identify potential customers.
- Build relationships with agents, brokers, local vendors, and referral partners.
- Conduct surveys and data collection to identify prospective clients.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/tele-calling team for lead follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality of leads shared with the sales team.
- Represent the company professionally during all field interactions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Minimum 12th pass can also apply).
- 23 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, or insurance sales.
