• Provide real-time technical support to international customers
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Resolve queries via calls and remote assistance
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain documentation of cases handled

• Freshers Welcome
• Minimum 1+ Year Experience in Tech Support (for 4 LPA package)
• Excellent English Communication (Mandatory)
