Job Description

Next-Level Ideation: Conceptualize highly engaging, out-of-the-box content for Instagram (Reels/Posts), YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Creative Direction: Guide our graphic designers and video creators. You will tell them exactly what the visual hook should be, what the aesthetic is, and how the final product should feel.
Masterful Scriptwriting: Write sharp, engaging, and retention-optimized scripts for our video content. No more "brain-dead" or generic corporate jargon.
Quality Control (The Gatekeeper): Review all content before it goes live. You will be responsible for ensuring nothing sub-par or "garbage" ever makes it to our feeds.
Trend & Strategy Mastery: Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt them cleverly to the healthcare space without losing our professional credibility.
