Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable
In this role, you will be responsible for all controllership activities of P2P for Global Regions.
You will be encouraged to manage the P2P activities & drive process improvements in P2P process and account reconciliation activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervising & keeping a tight control over the daily/monthly dashboard.
- Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal partners by writing Emails/taking calls (in English) with them. Resolve & work on critical issues and concerns.
- Have end to end Accounts Payable knowledge, including account reconciliations.
- Resources having knowledge of T&E process will be preferred.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- B.Com/M.com with proven experience in P2P, T&E & Account reconciliations
Preferred qualification
- Good oral & writing interpersonal skills
- Exposure on Oracle Financials is preferred
- Good accounting knowledge & account reconciliations
- Proficient on MS Office
