Job Description

• Customer Engagement & Experience: Greet walk-in customers, provide a "wow" experience, and educate them on "The EV Advantage"including Athers technology, charging infrastructure, battery life, and cost savings vs. petrol.
• Product Demonstration & Test Rides: Conduct expert product walk-throughs and facilitate test rides (product trials) to help customers experience the Ather 450X/Rizta first-hand.
• Lead Conversion & Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to final delivery, overcoming objections, facilitating finance/loan options, and meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Follow up with potential, booked, and existing customers to maintain rapport, ensure satisfaction, and encourage referrals.
• Operational Excellence: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the showroom, maintain updated customer records in the CRM/System, and assist with vehicle delivery briefings.
