Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, results-oriented Tele-callers to join our growing team at Weltec Institute (Vadodara & Ahmedabad). If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling, we want to hear from you!

Job Role:
As a Tele-counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for potential students. Your primary goal will be to explain our professional courses and convert leads into visits/enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential leads.
Counseling: Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to students and parents.
Lead Management: Maintain a daily record of calls and follow up with interested leads.
Query Resolution: Answer questions about fees, duration, and placement support professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi
Experience: 1-3 years
Soft Skills: Convincing power, patience, and a positive attitude.
Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
