Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Computer Science graduate for the role of Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA). The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations, basic programming tasks, system maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor computer systems and peripherals.

Assist in basic programming, debugging, and software maintenance.

Maintain records, databases, and system logs accurately.

Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.

Install, configure, and update software applications.

Assist in preparing reports and documentation.

Coordinate with IT team for system upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

COPA certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Freshers or candidates.

Familiarity with MS Office and database management.

Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.

Time management and multitasking ability.
