Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities.
- Able to analyze huge data and identify any functional gaps on Data front and Data Quality.
- Perform detailed analysis on data / functional gaps, conduct / organize sessions with Stakeholders/ Clients, to discuss / brainstorm these gaps and present these functional gaps in a summarized manner to Domain Stakeholders/ Clients.
- Ability to do great data storytelling with benefits of deeper insights and supporting evidence through graphs and charts.
- Work on Data preparation using Python to support the Power BI reporting on the Analyzed data set.
- Explain the data sets analyzed on data gaps to business/ Data providers so that they can provide the correct data sets for the delivery.
- Develop test cases if required aimed at validating development for a given requirement and record them in the official test management platform.
Contributing Responsibilities.
- Partner with Onshore leads to present the created solution, Share the knowledge and provide training if required.
- Produce and distribute daily/weekly team Status reports and contribute to project status reporting depending on the undertaking at hand
- Create Documentation as per the project need, perform knowledge transfer and cross training for proper backup in team.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Experience in Power BI tool. With hands on experience on Power Query, Advanced DAX function, M query.
- Good Knowledge of building and enhancing various data models for extraction of required data sets to be consumed for PBI reporting.
- Able to work with different data sets and create relational models.
- Good Experience in Python to do data manipulation/ Analysis for various data models for reporting.
- Good hands-on experience of SQL with query optimization techniques will be good to have.
- Ability to Adapt to new technologies and flare learning and implement projects with new technologies.
- Knowledge of Prompt engineering / AI / Gen AI topics and usage will be good to have.
