Job Description
Key Responsibilities
AMPS / Manufacturing Execution
-
Design and simulate AMPS (Agile Manufacturing Production System) recipes to ensure ease of use and feasibility as per site requirements.
-
Ensure recipe readiness in alignment with the weekly manufacturing plan.
-
Track recipe revisions in AMPS based on updated or new batch records.
-
Provide end user support for EBR execution and usage.
Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
-
Prepare and revise Electronic Batch Records (EBR) based on approved MMR/MBR/validated documents.
-
Act as the first point of contact for all EBR- or MES related manufacturing issues.
Troubleshooting & Support
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AMPS, SAP, and MLM systems.

Perform root cause analysis for system or interface failures.
-
Handle shop floor troubleshooting for SAP AMPS interface issues.
-
Escalate unresolved issues to Shift Manager MES or supporting teams where required.
SAP Responsibilities
-
Create Bill of Material (BOM) and Production Version (PV) in SAP.
-
Ensure readiness of BOM and PV required for AMPS recipe creation.
-
Provide support for SAP manufacturing related issues on the shop floor.
Documentation & Compliance
-
Track and manage documentation activities including SOP revisions, CAPA closure, change controls, action items, and investigations.

Ensure operations comply with GMP, GDP, cGMP, safety, and integrity principles.

Adhere strictly to site safety procedures and quality standards.
-
Training to be delivered to the newly joined colleagues.

Providing Access for the applications based on job description.

Management of Access system.
-
Handling of deployment of version upgrades for the applications.
MLM (Manufacturing Label Management)
-
Design, maintain, and ensure smooth execution of the Manufacturing Label Management system.
Training
-
Attend and complete all applicable training as per schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor s degree in B. Pharmacy or B. Tech (required)
-
Master s degree (preferred)
-
8+ Years of Experience
-
Application expertise in: FTPS, PAS|X (MES), MLM, SAP & SAP-EWM.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
