Accenture Hiring PMO (Capital Market) for Mumbai Location.
Role Description:
The individual will perform the following key activities:
Manage project methodology and artefcats,
Standardization of the artefacts quality
Strategic prioritization of key activities across different operational areas to align with migration plan and timelines
Managing central track of project, resource demand and capacity utilization index,
Monitoring project progress along with project managers,
Create and manage centralized repository
Consolidate transformation deliverables across testing, migration readiness, post migration support
Domain / Technical Competencies:
Financial Markets and Products :
Sound Knowledge on capital markets especially in Equities and Fixed Income (FI) post trade Settlement
IT Systems :
Good understanding of the system infrastructure supporting Equity and Fixed income Operations
General Destop applications :
MS Office : Excel , Word and Powerpoint
Proficiency in using Visio or similar workflow documentation tool.
Desired Skillsets (including interpersonal skills):
Ability to analyze the UAT issues to determine if the issue is a defect, enhancement, or user-error.
Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams to evaluate, provide insight, and drive strategic outcomes that have the greatest value for the engagement
Ability to manage complex operational environments with multiple interdependencies across internal and external matrix organizations.
Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams to evaluate, provide insight, and drive strategic outcomes
Defect Lifecycle management. Ability to take end to end ownership to resolve the defects within agreed SLAs.
Strong analytical skills - ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem.
Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Manage time and workload effectively and ensure that a quality output is delivered by the individual and by the team in a timely manner.
Articulate effectively and prepare high quality power point presentations and effectively deliver the same to the senior stakeholders.
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Post graduates will be preferred.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Banking / capital markets industry. Handled equities or fixed income settlements in last 5 years in similar capacity
