Job Title: Data Entry Executive (Work from Home | Part-Time)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, creating basic educational content, and using AI-powered tools for video creation, presentation design, and content preparation. This role requires accuracy, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, documents, and databases with high accuracy.
Organize and manage digital files, documents, and educational materials.
Assist in creating simple educational content for students (worksheets, notes, etc.).
Use AI tools to generate short educational videos and visual content.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for educational topics using AI-assisted design tools.
Convert written content into visual learning formats (slides, graphics, videos).
Proofread and check data for errors and ensure consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and information.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of AI tools for content creation
Ability to create simple educational videos using AI platforms
Basic presentation design skills (PPT making)
Good typing speed and data accuracy
Basic internet research skills
Good written English communication

Graduate / Undergraduate / Students can apply
Basic computer knowledge required
Prior experience in data entry, content creation, or education-related work is a plus
