Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and WPF.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling support activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug .NET and WPF applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Document support processes and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Assist in minor enhancements and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and C#.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Database (queries, procedures, troubleshooting).
• Ability to handle support activities independently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users and team members.
