Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and WPF.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling support activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug .NET and WPF applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Document support processes and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in minor enhancements and maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and C#.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Database (queries, procedures, troubleshooting).
- Ability to handle support activities independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users and team members.
