6 months to 1 year international chat process experience is mandatory.
Chat Support Executives will provide online chat support to our customers and Coaches
Handling queries/complaints of customers and Coaches through inbound chat.
Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customer's issue
Ensure to provide highest rate customer satisfaction on each chat handled.
Achieve CSAT of 9.3 on a scale of 0-10.
Maintain Chat AHT of 315 sec
