Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound voice interactions in French (English as required)
- Communicate professionally with internal or external stakeholders via phone
- Support voice-based process operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle follow-up communication, basic documentation, and system updates related to calls
- Review, validate, and update records generated from voice interactions
- Adhere strictly to SOPs, quality standards, and defined SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and complete tasks efficiently
- Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and service quality at all times
Preferred candidate profile
- French language proficiency: B2 level or above (mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email tools
- Strong attention to detail with effective time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a process-driven, voice-based environment
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
