Role : Billing & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations at our premium toy showroom. The candidate will assist customers with billing, maintain sales records, and ensure smooth checkout processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate customer bills using the POS billing system.
Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
Maintain daily billing records and sales reports.
Assist customers during billing and answer basic queries.
Coordinate with the sales team for order billing.
Ensure accurate billing and proper invoice documentation.
Support basic inventory updates related to sales.

Requirements:

Any Degree / Diploma (Commerce background preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Billing software).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
