Role Overview
As an HR Executive Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the overall hiring lifecycle. You will work closely with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Create and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers

Post job openings on various recruitment platforms

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Conduct reference checks and verify candidate details when required

Assist in offer release and onboarding documentation
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0 - 2 years in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Good verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals

Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle

Strong coordination and time-management skills

Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in HR
