Job Description
-
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and internal systems.

Collect, clean, and analyze raw data from multiple sources to support management decisions.

Prepare dashboards, pivot reports, charts, and data summaries for performance tracking.

Handle data entry, documentation, and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with internal departments (Support, IT, etc.) for data gathering and follow-ups.

Manage and maintain records, files, and logs in an organized manner.

Assist in process documentation, SOP creation, and system updates when required.

Support management with ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements.

Monitor operational tasks and escalate issues where necessary.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Charts).

Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and create unified reports.

Working knowledge of MS Word and MIS report creation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Email management skills (Outlook or similar platforms filters, rules, organizing communication).

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
