Job Description

Role Purpose:

- Strict adherence to quality of work with cost effectiveness and in preparing the BOQ's on-time along with BBS execution as per the drawings.

Job Description:

- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules, including details regarding quantities of requiredmaterials

- On-going BOQ estimation of civil including BBS and interiors works

- Analysing completed work and coordinate the timely process of payments to contractors

- Coordinate with Consultants and inhouse teams for proper execution

- Site visits, assessments and projections for future work

Candidate Description:

- An ideal candidate should be a Diploma/ B.Tech/ BE (Civil) with 5 - 12 years of experience.

- Should have exposure to BBS and read Drawings

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Excel.

- A Team Player.
