Role & responsibilities :


We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Support Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (C1 level or equivalent), be comfortable working in night shifts, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to products, services, or orders.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases.
  • Meet or exceed defined performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills minimum C1 proficiency (both verbal and written), minimum 6 months of experience into international voice process , Freshers are not eligible
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Looking for Immediate joiners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
