Key Responsibilities:
1 Advisor Recruitment
Identify and recruit quality insurance advisors / agents.
Conduct interviews and explain business opportunity.
Ensure proper documentation and licensing of advisors.
Maintain active advisor strength as per company norms.
2 Business Development
Generate business through advisor network.
Drive sales of health/general insurance products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Monitor advisor productivity and business performance.
3 Training & Development
Provide on-field training and joint calls.
Guide advisors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Motivate team to improve conversion ratio.
Conduct regular team meetings.
4 Team Management
Track advisor performance and activity.
Build strong relationship with advisors.
Support team in closing deals.
Retain active and productive advisors.
5 Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily activity reports.
Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines.
Coordinate with branch team for smooth operations.

Age limit :- 23 to 35 Years
CTC :- Up to 5.80 LPA
Minimum 1 year exp. in sales/marketing field.
