Job Description
As an MS Dynamics Tester - Field Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Your expertise will be instrumental in validating and improving the platforms performance, especially in scenarios related to work order management, resource scheduling, and mobile app functionality. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with architects and functional teams, contributing to high-quality releases and the implementation of best practices in field service operations.- 10+ years of experience in testing, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics expert in field service testing.
- Deep understanding of the work order lifecycle, resource scheduling, and dispatching processes in field service operations.
- Proficiency in developing test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts tailored to Field Service scenarios.
- Experience in regression and performance testing, ensuring the stability and performance of customizations, plugins, and configurations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with architects, functional teams, and developers.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring thorough testing and identification of potential issues.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and industry trends, adapting testing strategies accordingly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Good to have knowledge of customer service, understanding the end-user perspective and requirements.

- Lead functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all critical aspects.
- Validate the work order lifecycle, including resource scheduling, dispatching, and IoT alert integration, to ensure seamless field service operations.
- Develop test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts tailored to Field Service processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in testing.
- Conduct regression and performance testing to maintain the quality of customizations, plugins, flows, and configurations, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Collaborate with architects and functional teams to align testing efforts with Field Service best practices, ensuring high-quality releases and an exceptional user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and industry trends, incorporating new features and best practices into testing strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on test results, identifying and reporting bugs or issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance the platforms performance.
- Work closely with the development team to prioritize and address critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the stability of the Field Service platform.
- Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring a comprehensive record of testing activities and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
