Job Description
We have an opportunity for Associate Project Manager/ Development Manager for Pune location: Technology Stack Experience Required:Java (1.6+), Full stack developer
J2EE,
Spring MVC, Spring Boot,
Micro services
RDBMS and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred),
Angular (4.X),
CSS, HTML, Java Script,
Unit Testing,
Kafka, Zookeeper
Understanding of multi-threaded application development, design patterns
Working knowledge of Big Data, Map Reduce
Working knowledge of cloud (AWS) and ML
Good understanding of Data analytics, Elastic Search
Good understanding of CI/CD, TDD Good to Have Technology Stack Experience:
Redis,
Wildfly,
Web / Rest Services
Security background
Basic understanding of networking
Basic understanding of directory services (AD and LDAP)
Good understanding of containers technologies, ML
Good trouble shooting skills and understanding of application profiling skills using tools like JProfiler, JVisualVM Desired Skills Ability to motivate and lead team to deliver complex solution in time bound manner with enterprise quality with technical expertise and effective people management, stakeholder management
Experience to hire and build high skilled teams in time bound manner
Strong experience in architecting, implementing and managing high performance scalable systems and driving the same with end to end ownership
Guide team to solve complex technical problems like analyzing and troubleshooting performance/ scalability/reliability issues. Capable of anticipating such issues.
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts /software technologies as needs arise.
Solid software design skills. Software design (OOPs) exposure on Java full stack development
Understands Web applications & distributed multi-tier architectures, micro services via prototyping or paper analysis.
Hands on coding experience with Java, J2EE, Micros Services, Angular. Clear understanding of Java fundamentals.
Create multi-threaded/multi-process designs.
Very strong DB experience of managing Big Data.
Awareness and experience in practices like defensive programming, continuous integration builds, code coverage, automated unit tests.
