Job Description

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the creation of innovative and effective implant solutions.
- Deal with instruments department check the instruments.
- Analyze the manufactured product, identify areas for improvement, and propose modifications to enhance product performance.
- Assist in the design and development of orthopedic implants, instruments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct simulations to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of implant designs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to supervisors and project teams.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic implant technology, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining instrumentation stock in soft copy and submitting report to reporting manager for procurement.
- Responsible for execution of instrumentation order, validation & inspection of instrumentation as per specification.
- Perform rework on instruments as & when required.
- Coordinate & daily follow up with Production supervisor and production engineer for rework status, tracking of material stage wise and progress level
- Attend any query pertaining to instruments and solve timely
- Responsible for managing the data and all the information related to instruments
- Any other task assigned by reporting manager as and when required
- Candidates from a Mechanical background.
- Candidates residing near Kheda, Nadiad, Anand, or Ahmedabad will be preferred.
- Bus Facility: Available from Narol to Kheda.
- Canteen Facility: Available at the company premises
