Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for handling IP/OP billing, insurance documentation, TPA coordination, cash collection, and maintaining billing records. Ensure accuracy in billing and compliance with hospital policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in hospital billing (IP/OP)
• Good knowledge of insurance processing and TPA coordination
• Familiar with HIS
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills (English & Kannada )
• Ability to handle cash transactions and billing reconciliation
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
