Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT Training and Software Development verticals
Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with colleges for internship and talent acquisition programs, along with corporate client acquisition.
Generate qualified leads through direct visits, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
Promote internship programs, corporate IT training, and custom software solutions
Drive revenue growth by converting qualified prospects into confirmed partnerships and project engagements through strategic negotiation and consistent follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HRs, management, and decision-makers
Coordinate campus drives, seminars, and business development activities
Maintain accurate pipeline reports and weekly performance updates
Achieve assigned revenue, client acquisition, and strategic partnership targets.
Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions
Good interpersonal and networking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/reporting tools
Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments
Any Graduate
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Strong interest in business development and client acquisition
Basic knowledge of the IT industry is an added advantage
