Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns
    • Perform lead qualification and need analysis
    • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
    • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
    • Maintain accurate CRM records
    • Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

     

    • Basic understanding of IT products/services
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with cold calling and digital outreach
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
    • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
