Job Description

Responsibilities

Clean up data in Marketo/SFDC

• Find/resolve duplicates
• Remove obviously incorrect contact info (email addresses, phone numbers)
• Update database based on email auto response (ongoing)
• Update list of products used by the customer account/contact (e.g., need correct list from accounting, product, etc.)

Supplement data for existing Contacts in Marketo/SFDC (data enrichment/quality)

• Verify and/or add Contact data (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and/or law firm website)
  • Including: Job Title, Practice Area/Specialty/Interests, Segment, Email address, State, Country, Customer/non - Customer, Sales Team, and more TBD

Supplement data for known Accounts in Marketo/SFDC (data enrichment/quality)

• Verify and/or add Account data for 13,975 D prospect accounts from the SMB market (e.g., search LinkedIn or law firm website)
  • Including: portfolio size, number of filings in a given year, GI estimates, and more TBD (e.g., Innography, Filing Analytics)

Support 2020 Marketing and Customer Success programs

• Find and add new names from target accounts to Marketo/SFDC
  • Including: Name, contact info, title/title - description, Company name, company website, Interests/Specialty/Practice Area, and more TBD
• Validate other information specific to Contact/Account
  • Including Customer/non - Customer, and more TBD
• Map out the structure and/or key players of the target org where possible

Requirements

• The individual need to be energetic and resourceful self - starter to work in a matrix team across time zones.
• Able to move quickly through data research and gathering projects, interpreting information uncovered (e.g., is the lawyer a prosecutor or litigator based on their website bio)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM ideal; other CRMs as a backup
• Experience with Marketo MAS ideal; other Marketing Automation Software as a backup
• Expereince with D&B Optimizer ideal
