Location  : Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift       : US Rotational / Night Shift
Salary     : 4 LPA - 9 LPA (Based on Experience)

A leading multinational company is expanding its International Voice Support Team in Bangalore. We are seeking confident and customer-focused professionals to handle US-based customer interactions in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Role Overview:

Position          : International Voice Process Executive US Customers
Experience     : 1 - 6 Years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
Qualification  : Any Graduate / 10+2 / Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound & outbound calls with US customers

• Deliver complete customer assistance and service support

• Resolve queries, complaints, and basic technical issues effectively

• Maintain professional communication standards

• Accurately update CRM systems and call logs

• Meet KPIs including AHT, FCR, CSAT & Quality Scores

• Ensure superior customer experience and satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent

• Prior experience in International Voice Process preferred

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in US night shifts

• Performance-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments

• Immediate joiners highly preferred
