What will you drive?

  • Implementing and driving sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
