Software Engineer - Python Developer @ Bahwan CyberTek

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 5 to 7 years experience with strong scripting capabilities and hands-on experience in database interaction. The candidate will be responsible for developing automation scripts, data processing workflows, and backend utilities, while collaborating closely with application, data, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintainPython scriptsfor automation, data processing, and system integration
• Writeefficient, reusable, and well-documented Python codefollowing best practices
• Design and executedatabase queriesfor data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Integrate Python scripts withrelational databasesfor batch and near real-time processing
• Performdata validation, reconciliation, and exception handling
• Optimize scripts forperformance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes
• Ensure adherence tocoding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Support deployment and execution of scripts inLinux / Windows environments
