Role: SAP Ariba
Department : Procurement
Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate/Serving candidates till 15 April'26
Implementation: 3+ ETE implementation in Ariba
Team Handling Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations, including design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct requirement workshops with clients to map business needs to Ariba functionality.
- Configure and support Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement (Buying and Invoicing), Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and Ariba Network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP MM, FI, SRM, and integration specialists) to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to define key performance metrics and drive adoption.
- Ensure solution compliance with best practices, governance standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in continuous improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation or support across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of source-to-pay (S2P) and procure-to-pay (P2P) business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba integration to ERP systems (preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA).
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills for managing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a consulting environment.
- SAP Ariba certification preferred.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience working in consulting firms or large Ariba transformation programs.
- Exposure to supplier enablement, catalog management, and guided buying functionalities.
- Process orientation with a focus on digital procurement transformation and efficiency gains.
