Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Travel Process Navigators with hands-on knowledge of Amadeus & Sabre (Cryptic/Command Mode). The candidate should have strong experience in air ticketing, refunds (partial & voluntary), schedule change handling, and related travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling air ticket bookings, modifications & cancellations
• Working on Amadeus & Sabre in Cryptic/Command Mode
• Processing:
• Partial refunds
• Voluntary refunds
• Schedule changes
• Managing fare rules and refund calculations
• Working on PSP / ERC queues
• Handling air ticket reissues
• Managing car rental & hotel accommodation bookings (if required)
• Providing backend support for travel-related queries

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Travel Process
• Hands-on experience in:
• Amadeus
• Sabre
• Strong knowledge of:
• Refund processes (Partial & Voluntary)
• Schedule Change handling
• Fare rules
• Air ticketing
• Experience in handling PSP / ERC
• Good communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
