Job Title: Semi Voice & Technical Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Semi Voice & Technical Support Executive to provide efficient customer service through a mix of voice calls and non-voice channels such as email and chat. The role involves troubleshooting basic technical issues, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via voice calls, email, and chat
  • Provide basic to intermediate technical support for products/services
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues following standard procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets
  • Follow company policies, data security, and compliance guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate / undergraduate (depending on requirement)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts (hardware, software, internet, applications, etc.)
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ticketing tools, CRM)

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service
  • Experience with semi-voice or blended process
  • Familiarity with IT support tools and remote troubleshooting

Work Conditions

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts / night shifts (if applicable)
  • Work from office / hybrid / remote (as applicable)
