Role & responsibilities
This is a back-office job in the fraud department. The team checks seller accounts to make sure no one is cheating or scamming.
They review accounts and look closely at certain transactions. After checking everything, they decide whether the customer's account is safe to continue using or if action needs to be taken.
In short: they investigate accounts to prevent fraud and protect.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate freshers and Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience.
