Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end marketing and sale of auctioned properties under the SARFAESI Act and other applicable recovery frameworks.
- Coordinate closely with Collections, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth auction execution and timely post-auction activities.
- Engage with potential buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners to drive interest and generate demand for auctioned assets.
- Conduct property inspections, site visits, and buyer interactions in alignment with organizational policies and guidelines.
- Guide prospective buyers through the entire auction processreserve price, EMD requirements, bidding steps, timelines, documentation, and payment norms.
- Assist bidders with KYC validation, documentation completion, and post-auction formalities until closure.
- Track auction outcomes, maintain status updates, and support re-marketing strategies for assets that remain unsold.
- Ensure the availability, accuracy, and legal readiness of property documents, including possession status and title-related details.
- Maintain updated MIS, CRM entries, and periodic management reports to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
