Job Description
Pre Sales Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, portals, and walk-ins
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM
- Regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits and bookings
- Coordinate with the Sales team for closures
- Prepare daily and weekly lead and call reports
Post Sales Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships after booking till handover
- Coordinate documentation such as agreement, registration, and allotment
- Assist customers with payment schedules and collection follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Finance, Site team)
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain post-sales documentation and customer records
- Support registration, possession, and handover processes
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
