- ServiceNow (ticket handling, SLAs, reporting)
- ControlM or equivalent scheduling tools
Key Responsibilities
- L2 support for SAP BODS production environments
- Monitoring and troubleshooting batch/job failures
- Root cause analysis and issue resolution within SLA
- Coordination with infra, SAP Basis, DB, and functional teams
- Incident, problem, and change management using ITIL practices
- Support reporting, shift handovers, and documentation
