Software Engineer - .NET-Microservices Backend Developer @ Careernet

Job Description

Key Skills: Web API, RESTful, Microservices, .net core, MS SQL Server

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, Moq, and Jest to ensure code quality.
• Utilize version control systems like Git for source code management.
• Engage in SaaS development and contribute to the overall architecture of the application.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in backend development using .NET Core and microservices architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Web APIs.
• Good understanding of microservices patterns, scalability, and service-to-service communication.
• Experience working with MS SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit and Moq.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development.
• Understanding of SaaS-based application development and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in Agile environments.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
