About the Program:
Visys Cloud Technologies invites fresh graduates and career switchers to join our Internship to Employment Program in Python Development. This structured program is designed to build strong foundations in Python programming, backend development, database management, APIs, and real-time application development through hands-on training and live project exposure.
Interns will work on live client projects under the guidance of experienced developers, gaining practical industry experience. High-performing candidates will be considered for full-time employment based on performance, with clear career growth and competitive salary prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and develop scalable Python applications
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code
- Work on backend development using Python frameworks (Django / Flask training provided)
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Work with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL basic level)
- Perform debugging, testing, and optimization of applications
- Collaborate with frontend developers and QA teams
- Participate in code reviews and deployment processes
- Work on live client projects under senior developer mentorship
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Python programming
- Knowledge of OOPS concepts
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL fundamentals)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic knowledge is a plus)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn frameworks and new technologies
- Good communication and documentation skills

- Graduation Years: 2022 2026
- Freshers / Non-IT to IT career switchers / Career restart candidates
- B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / BCA / MCA / MBA / Any degree background can apply
