Lead Software Engineer @ Phenom

Job Description

What You?ll Do

• Work closely with the Implementation team to understand client requirements and design integration solutions
• Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools to facilitate smooth integration of our products with client systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the implementation process
• Should be capable to work independently and also to lead a team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and
• Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new product features
• Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-implementation
• Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use our  integration tools
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously improve our processes and tools.

What You Bring

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or
• equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in software integration, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of  web services ,  APIs , and  data integration  techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as  Java ,  Python , or  JavaScript
• Need to have mongo DB knowledge.
• Experience with  integration tools  such Apache,  Nifi ,  MuleSoft , Dell Bhoomi.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal s kills
