As a Premium Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales objectives, and maintaining the overall visual appeal of the store. Responsibilities :

• Ensure the delivery of products and services to customers meets the highest standards.
  

• Create an interactive and engaging store experience to build customer confidence.
  

• Follow the selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures and organizational policies.
  

• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
  

• Utilize time effectively, including periods without customer interactions, to upgrade communication skills, gain knowledge of SOPs, and manage stock.
  

• Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports, related to store opening and closing.
  

• Handle customer inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, and billing.
  

• Meet established sales objectives by effectively selling products and services.
  

• Address and resolve customer escalations in a professional manner.
  

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  

• Stand in an enclosed area for 100% of the shift while assisting customers.
  

Requirements

• 1+ year of working experience in retail sales.
  

• Availability to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  

• Well - groomed, highly motivated, and possess a strong passion for sales.
  

• Proficient in spoken English.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
