8+yrs of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management
Should have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence nd other tools
Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations
Conduct, Document and Monitor action items as part of RetrospectiveMentor and Coach team members on the Agile process
Should be providing the key project metrics to Client ManagementDefine Governance plan and track deliverables
