Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, systematically identifying and resolving issues across IndiaMART interactions.
• Work closely with external service providers to define requirements, track deliverables, and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Lead collaborative discussions with internal stakeholders to evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of enhancements.
• Quality audits on failed cases and operational data, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to strengthen overall service quality and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Role requires a strong analytics-driven, consultative approach.
• Fluent in both Hindi and English (mandatory).
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace tools (Docs and Sheets) for managing and analyzing multiple data points.
• Must have access to a personal, fully functional laptop (mandatory).
